He paid for $35 monthly service for the number ending in **** and was told to pay $15.31 for the month of service due to credit on the account. ************ complaint states that he is having issue with his multiple phone line with Straight Talk. This response is in reference to your correspondence dated July 26, 2023, regarding BBB Case number ******** complaint. We have received and reviewed your Better Business Bureau complaint. Please look into and help with a resolution. Requested a credit to the lines for the issue and miscommunication and was told there was no way of getting any form of credit or extension to services. Would be nice if they would inform customers when there are changes like this made. Then proceeded to call straight talk back and ask for this to be fixed and they said it could not due to new multi line policy where supposedly all phones on account have to have same end date which has never been the case. Then recieved a message stating service end date was Augwhich is only 2 weeks of service. Clarified with agen bout this at least 4 times before disconnecting with them. One line with the number ************, I called to add the 35 dollar monthly servi e and was told I only had to pay $15.31 for the month of service due to credit on account. I have been on the phone multiple times today ( July 26th 2023) with straight talk due to issues with multiple phone lines that I have with them.
